Karaage-bo, Japanese Style Fried Chicken Skewer-光明ストアのからあげ棒

That is the best Karaage that I've ever had!!

It's so juicy and the smell is irresistible! This goes well with beer. My family also likes it. My kids often fight over this chicken.

Koumei Store is a small grocery. Actually, they were a former butcher. That's why they can make amazing chickens. They have special recipes for Karaage-bo and also roasted chicken legs.

But you can not buy it anytime. Karaage-bo is sold irregularly. (I often find it on Friday.) And the roasted chicken leg is sold on only "Hina-matsuri*" and Christmas.

わたしの家族もこのからあげが好きで、こどもたちもぺろりと食べちゃいます。

光明ストアは小さな生活用品店です。でも実は、元肉屋さんなんです。だからこそ、こんなおいしいからあげ棒が作れるんです。しかも、からあげ棒だけじゃなく、ローストチキンも作ります。

でも、いつでも買えるわけではありません。からあげ棒は不定期に販売しているようです。(わたしはよく金曜日に見つけます。)

さらに、ひなまつりやクリスマスしか売らない「ローストチキン」もあります。
